Ordered first pair and they were too large so immediately ordered the smaller size. They fitted perfectly. They were so comfortable I was able to wear them all day to a wedding. I can’t wear heels but the small block heel makes them comfortable but dressier than completely flat. What I was very impressed with was the speed of delivery & efficiency of return at my nearest Next store. Keep up the good work!
